ROTC stands for Reserve Officer Training Corps, and this program is offered in 1,700 universities and colleges throughout the US. ROTC helps college students, male and female, to prepare to enter a military career as officers in one of the three branches in which it is offered: Army, Air Force, and the Navy/Marines.
