Seniors School Counselor:  Deanna Kile (dkile@psd267.org

Class Advisor: Sherree Komp (skomp@psd267.org)

The senior class will be utilizing ParentSquare/StudentSquare for communication, as well as a google classroom.  If you have not already joined, please reach out to Ms. Komp to get the appropriate codes.

StudentSquare and Google classroom are important avenues that all seniors should be engaged with.  These platforms will be used in different ways from getting a quick word out to important voting information throughout the year.

    Senior Class Transcript Process

Transcripts are usually required by colleges three times during your senior year.

1st Initial college applications in the fall. (unofficial)

2nd When grades are completed for Semester 1.  (unofficial)

3rd Final Transcripts beginning July 1st sent to the school you are attending. (official)

It is your role to do the following regarding the transcript process:

Ensure you submit transcript requests in a timely manner to meet application deadlines.

    • Ensure requests include accurate and complete destination information (addresses, emails, fax numbers, method, etc.)

    • Verify colleges have received your transcript AND updated your admissions file. In most cases, you will be able to do so through the applicant portal on the school’s website. If there is an issue, contact the college admissions office.

    • You will need to submit transcript request forms.  PHS will not automatically send transcripts based on your fall requests. You must update those requests at semester 1, once grades have posted.

    • For your final transcript request (usually submitted in May) you will fill out a request form for which school you have chosen to attend and Mrs. Talbot will add that transcript to her year-end processing list.

Please pay attention to EACH college’s instructions for sending transcripts. You may simply need to have your guidance counselor attach it to your School Report in the Common Application or Coalition Application, or it may need to be sent individually via postal mail, email, fax or you may need to do a combination of both. Most colleges let you upload an unofficial copy to your file, but all schools will REQUIRE you to have an official copy (signed, stamped, sealed) sent directly from PHS.

Pullman High School typically completes and sends transcript requests within two business days, except for end of semester requests.

    • Semester 1 – One week after term ends

    • Semester 2 - Final Transcripts will be processed immediately after year end grades are

completed, they will go out the beginning of July.

Diplomas, a copy of the final transcript and select records will be picked up in person by graduates starting the beginning of July.  This timeline is necessary as we need complete grades to academically clear each senior and issue final transcripts. Diplomas will not be released to graduates who have fines.

    Transcript Request Process

There are no fees for this service.

The transcript request form can be mailed, emailed, or handed in to the Pullman High School Registrar. Please go to the Pullman High School Web Site to fill out a request.  You can find the request by going to Academics and there will be a drop-down boxrequest a transcript.”

You can also pick up a request form at the Registrar’s window.

Requests will usually be processed/sent in two business days.

  • Please look for more information to come out after 1st semester grades are posted.  There will be a form to fill out to verify NAME and CORRECT SPELLING on the diploma.  The form will be posted in student square and due back to Mrs. Talbot, the registrar, by February 1st, 2026.
