May 31st: Sigma Phi Epsilon's Balanced Man Scholarship - a scholarship opportunity for incoming male freshman to Washington State University for the 2020-2021 school year.  No applicant is required to join Sigma Phi Epsilon, or participate in any IFC recruiting events. Winners can receive up to $4,000.

JUNE DEADLINES

 

June 1st: Sigma Phi Epsilon's Balanced Man Scholarship -  Search for your college to see if it is offered.  No applicant is required to join Sigma Phi Epsilon, or participate in any IFC recruiting events. Winners can receive up to $4,000.  

 

June 4th (for Fall quarter):  Washington State Opportunity Scholarship - Career and Technical (CTS) Applicants  see website for more information.  This scholarship is for an approved program to receive an associate degree, certificate or apprenticeship program.  Scholars that intend to earn their bachelor's degree after the completion of their program are not eligible for CTE but would be encouraged to review the Baccalaureate Scholarship

June 13th by 5pm -University of Idaho Theatre Arts Scholarship -The University of Idaho Department of Theatre Arts is calling high school seniors with an interest in theatre to create a short video for a chance to win one of two $1,000 scholarships for Fall 2020.  

June 15th:  Varsity Tutors College Monthly Scholarship- $1,000 Grades 10-12th must write a 500 word essay

July 15th Deadline:  Dr. Salemy's Scholarship - $1000  - It is open to high school seniors in the United States who have been accepted to and will attend college (either 4-year or community) in the United States, and have an interest in the sciences.

July 15th Deadline:  Varsity Tutors College Monthly Scholarship- $1,000  Grades 10-12th must write a 500 word essay

July 31st Deadline:  University Tutors Monthly Scholarship $1000

July 31st Deadline:  City Property Management HOA Service Scholarships - $1000  Special consideration will be given to an undergraduate interested in pursuing a career in HOA Management or pursuing a career in Real Estate.  Open to college and high school seniors.

Nov. 13th:  Jack Kent Cooke Foundation's College Scholarship Program is an undergraduate scholarship program available to high-achieving high school seniors with financial needs who seek to attend and graduate from the nation's best four-year colleges and universities.  The scholarship program application is available exclusively through the Common App and closes November 13th, 2019.

They’ll process your file right away and, if you're admitted, you’ll automatically receive the $1,000 grant.

Feb. 28th:   The Association of Computer Professionals in Education (ACPE) Scholarship - A completed online application must be submitted to ACPE 

      In order to qualify, you must:

  • currently, be a senior at an Oregon or Washington K–12 public or private educational institution
  • have demonstrated high interest and innovative use of technology during your high school career
  • have demonstrated some community/school involvement, preferably with a technology focus
  • plan to pursue studies in a technology-related field to obtain the minimum of a two-year degree
  • provide a description, that includes a reflection of your learning form a technology project you have completed, and provide a link that documents and demonstrates your technology project.

March 1st:  Washington State School Retirees Association Scholarship-$Various - These scholarships are for students with a GPA of 3.0 or higher and are given to students who plan on following a career in the "field of education".  These include areas of: teachers, counselor, speech therapist, occupational therapist, or psychologist.  Two of the scholarships are specifically for students who will major in Agricultural Education at WSU.

March 2nd:  AWC Center for Quality Communities Scholarship Program - applications in the PDF below and need to be mailed to Mayor Glenn Johnson, City of Pullman, 325 SE Paradise St., Pullman, WA 99163.  They must be received by March 2nd in order to be considered for the selection process.

April 1st:  Whitman County Cattlemen's Association Scholarship Application - see PDF below - must be continuing course of study in an agriculture related field at a two or four year college, university, trade or technical school.

April 15th:  American Legion Legacy --The American Legion's Legacy Scholarship provides college scholarship money to children of post 9/11 veterans who died on active duty, or have a combined VA disability rating of 50 percent or greater

PULLMAN LOCAL SCHOLARSHIPS - Deadline Extended to April 27th
PDF's listed below are scholarships from local organizations.  All have the deadline of April 27th, 2020.  Please read through each carefully to make sure you meet the eligibility requirements.  Notice some are specific to attending WSU, while others are available to the college or university of your choice.  All Applications are pdf fillable and need to be emailed to Mrs. Deeds at adeeds@psd267.org with all required documents attached by the deadline, no late applications will be accepted.  If you are applying for multiple scholarships, please send them one at a time with the name of the scholarship in the subject line.  We encourage you to apply and would like to thank these organizations for providing such great opportunities for our students!!
