PSAT/NMSQT stands for Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test. Standardized test that provides firsthand practice for the SAT Reasoning Test™. It also gives you a chance to enter National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC) scholarship programs when taken in your junior year. In a normal year, the test is only given once in October. Then test results will be sent to the high school in December.  Students will be notified when their test results arrive. 

Due to COVID-19 restrictions in certain areas of the country, College Board added additional testing dates for the PSAT for the 2020-2021 school year. 

Pullman High School will not test in October.  Instead, we will test on January 26th, 2021.

The PHS PSAT in January will be limited to PHS Juniors only due to COVID-19 group gathering restrictions.
