Their youth program is available for members between the ages of 14-19 and is split into two models. Community programs are based out of Eugene, Springfield, Hebo and Portland, OR, as well as Tacoma and Olympia, WA, and are operated during the day. Their camping program is available for members 16+ and provides all participants with a rewarding outdoor leadership experience. Camping programs often work in remote settings and are based out of Eugene, OR; Lake Wenatchee, WA; and Boise, ID. Crews camp for the duration of their experience. Whether community or camping, their crews complete necessary conservation projects with their partners including trail maintenance, invasive species removal, habitat restoration, tree plantings and much more. Their partners include the National Park Service, US Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management and many non-Federal partners.

With COVID-19 drastically altering our lives and the school schedule, they are implementing top field practices to keep their members safe and healthy during the pandemic, including quarantining and placing crews away from community centers. Apply online if interested.
